Our first moment?s problem came two years later (April 4, 2013). When we returned from a day trip after 8:30 p.m., our heating system was apparently ?dead in the water.? Since the overnight temp was dipping down into the mid 30?s, we called the number on Jeff?s business card and left a voice mail. Additionally, we sent him an e-mail regarding our problem. Within the hour, he e-mailed us back that he was out-of-town, but would return home in the morning, and would check our unit out then. And sure enough, around 8:30 the next morning, he was knocking on our door. Within minutes, he and his partner had the problems with the inside and outside units working perfectly. He warned that someone had ?disengaged? our outside unit--something quite suspicious. When I asked how much we owed him, he advised the warranty covered the cost of the service call and the repair, so we owed him nothing. Needless to say, we feel deeply blessed all the way around. My husband and I are SO glad we chose to do business with Jeff Cuddy!
