Stumps R Us Tree Service

We had 8 huge trees close to the house and other buildings. They were here in a couple of days and completed the job in about 5-6 hours! Did a Great Job and all the Clean up. Chris and his son were so very nice and I even got to meet his sweet wife. They are some of the best people I've met! I definitely recommend. I feel like I've known them forever!

The Stumps R US was to remove an oak tree and stump on my property. The tree was cut down and the stump was ground but left above ground. I spoke the owner before leaving that I thought the stump had not been removed. He assured me it was removed, but would return to finish the job if not. After removing the sawdust and mulch it revealed a stump about 6" above ground. I contacted the owner with pics showing the stump. Since August 2nd, when this work was performed, Stumps R Us has not returned to complete the work that I have paid $1,400.00 for 3 1/2 hours work! After making numerous phone calls and him making repeated promises to come back to complete the work several times. Now, he is not returning my calls at all. The owner had the nerve to tell me I dug up the stump and that he gave me a good price. I guess this was to justify to himself it is ok to rip customers off and not complete the work agreed too. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Wish I could attach pics to this.

Really, Really great! Very prompt in coming to out residence and giving an estimate on what we wanted to be done. The service we discussed was finished in no time at all, and looked amazing. Very professional and painless. Would highly recommend and will personally use 'Stumps R Us' again!

These guys are AWESOME. Fast and furious!!!! They removed our tree in no time flat. So fun to watch. These boys know how to work. Even the leaves were gone when they finished. Great job!!!
