The Maids of Nashville

We just started using The Maids, and I am very pleased with their thouroughness and professionalism. We had an intital cleaning about 3 weeks ago, where they scrubbed the house from top to bottom. The initial cleaning cost @ $400, but in fairness I called and they were willing and able to come out on the same day to do the work (I was desperate, we had last minute guests coming into town!) Their work is excellent, and evey bit of my home was scrubbed, shined and dusted. We were so impressed with their initial cleaning, we hired them to come out every-other week. The price is $185 for a 3,000 sq. foot house, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. They sent out 4 maids to do the work, and it took them a couple of hours to finish. Although their prices are a bit higher than other servies, I am extrememly pleased with the job they did for us and would recomend them to anyone. They always call to remind us they are coming out, and then follow up to make sure we are happy (which, we always are.)

From the start it was a terrible experience and I would never used this service again. When I finally stop them as I stated above and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor on the phone was very rude could not answer my questions and hung up on the conversation. I ending up paying $279 and had too finish cleaning my house myself. Had to vacumn, the carpets, dust all furniture and clean the hardwood in the small entrance way.
