They are wonderful. They are professional and courteous. Steve supervised the crew and was very well organized. They were sure to clean up every last bit of trash before they left. Cody organized the appointments and took care of all the paperwork like a complete gentleman. These guys are great!!!

They came and fixed the rear section of the house fairly quick. They forgot the front which was in the contract back in February. I contacted them a month later reminding them of incomplete work. They still didn’t come out till this day. I contacted Sarah and Eric at the company both saying they’ll get someone out to fix it. Not a month later they call asking for payment saying the work was complete. They also sent the first and final notice of payment due in April. I contacted Eric again to resolve the issue. I asked if it was ok to pay and here it is July. I have all the text messages, photos, and contract for supporting documentation. I should not have to constantly check behind a company to do their job. I would not recommend Roof Doctors to anyone.

We would recommend Roof Doctors LLC for home roofing. They re-roofed our home, garage and outbuilding in April 2020. We were very pleased with the workmanship, with the time it took (2 days), work effort of the crew, and the cleanup. We had some repair work that was handled well. Their project manager, Steve Stirmell, was very supportive and responsive.

They was awesome and they got right on the job. They didn't worry about their money upfront and they didn't hound you about their money. Did very good work and clean up behind themselves. They completed the roof in one day tearing it off and putting it back.

After the adjuster left I asked the Roof Doctor's employee for an estiminate. He assured me he would have it to me by the next day, Friday. I let him know that even if the insurance did not cover it that I wanted to move forward with the repair. Several days later I called the office to ask the status of the estiminate. I was told the man who does them was out sick but I should be getting one to me soon. It has now been over a month and I never got it or heard from them again. I was ready to do business with them. I was very disappointed! My scoring was based on a no follow up with the promised estiminate.

I was very pleased with them. They sent 4-5 people out to do the job. They got the whole job done in one day. The workers were very professional, easy to deal with, and concerned about doing a good job. They just finished doing an excellent large job for my church and that is why I decided to hire them. The cleanup was fine and they did not leave a thing.

They did a good job and it was excellent. The price was reasonable. They were on time and I would use them again. They did a meticulous cleanup and they put covers and tarps down on top of the bushes. They used a magnetic pickup to get all the nails. They got the job done in a couple of days. They were upfront and honest and professional about the whole thing. The quality of the materials was excellent and they were very easy to get a hold of.

They did everything satisfactorily. They got the job done in less than one week. They sent 3 people out to do the job. The cleanup was good and I did not have a problem with them but they did drop a roll of nails for nail gun.

Roof Doctors returned to my home and met with the Ins. adjustor and discussed the roof. They both left and I didn't hear any from Roof Doctors again. Roof Doctors never called back to help me resolve my problem.

This company came as a recommendation from our church as they did the roof on Woodmont Christian Church as well. We worked with Corey on two homes (one rental and our home) and he was very professional, kept us updated throughout the process and did professional work. They even worked closely with our insurance company to make sure all items were covered and to make sure paperwork was turned in on time. If you talk to them, tell them Jeremiah sent you. They are very accommodating and will work with you.
