This is a standing arrangement and my hope was that this lawn care service would ensure that my lawn always looked immaculate. They do a fine job of coming out each week. They cut the grass trim the edges and go home. However, at this point my lawn is more weeds than anything and the flowerbed is overgrown and the trees and hedges need to be trimmed. I would just like the company to show some initiative. If they see problems with the lawn, take care of it, and you will be paid accordingly. I even contacted them a few weeks ago about these things and they assured me someone would come out the next day to assess everything. Well last week, I got out and cleaned up my flower bed I put down some mulch and fertilizer, and this week I bought a lawnmower. I will be discontinuing my service with this company in the very near future week. If you want the bare minimum, this is the company for you. If you want more, it's probably not.

I contacted this service company after seeing the work they did on my neighbor's lawn. I have been very pleased with the work they have done. They have taken care of my lawn most of the summer and all of the fall season. There was one instance where things were not done to my satisfaction and the customer service representative took excellent care of the situation. I would recommend them highly.

Barry mows my lawn as often as it needs it, not too frequently and always when it's getting too long. Whenever I need an extra mowing or there is an issue, it is handled immediately.

Quality is very friendly and gets the job done. My lawn always looks nice when they are finished. I would recommend them.

Quality Lawn Care has done our yard for three years but this is the biggest job he's ever done. Quality hires excellent workers. We had different ideas about what should go in the beds but he ended up going with what I decided.
