Description of Work: We signed a contract in June and by October we still did not have a functioning pool. We had a big ugly hole in our back yard most of the summer. It was one excuse after another, some of the subs they use did very poor work, the concrete was never properly finished around the steps, they scarred the side of the steps before they put them in, but put them in anyway. The equipment pad was put in the wrong place and not finished properly. They sent a person out who was hired to help fix the image because they were so behind in their obligations, yet they were still taking orders and people's money knowing they could not deliver. We had to hire another pool company to finish the work and winterize the pool. We did not ever get to swim in it. Go to someone else, please!! We wish we had never met them.

 + -1 moreWe bought the hot tub for a great price, Hot tub was delivered and installed on time and efficiently. Our emails and phone calls were always answered effectively. We love these guys and we just LOVE our hot tub.
Description of Work: We bought a hot tub from Pool and Spa Depot and the service has been terrific. Daniel is a great guy, responsive and very easy to work with. Check them out because we are extremely happy and love our hot tub.

Description of Work: I needed several parts for my hot tub & wasnt real sure what they were called so i just took the parts to their store & showed them what I needed (3parts were leaking). Ben (the owners son) was extremely helpful in my quest for the needed parts. He educated me on how they worked & also gave me several installation tips! He even spent an hour making sure the parts & plumbing would fit properly. He went above & beyond my expectations. He also had a great additude. I'll be calling them when I get an inground pool.

 + -1 moreMy experience was with the Hickory Hollow location in Antioch, TN (not Goodlettsville, TN location). I would not recommend using this company. I actually had to retain an attorney to force completion of the project to achieve some level of satisfaction after exhausting all other efforts on my part. I also experience extremely lousy communication with this location.

 + -1 morePool & Spa Depot did not pay attention to detail, when I ordered the pool. The concrete was poured wrong and it took them four months to finish the pool. I thought they could have gotten it done quicker.
Description of Work: Pool and Spa Depot installed an underground pool for us.

 + -1 morePool & Spa did a poor job. They were late. They were supposed to get to our home before 12pm, they called at 2pm, saying they would be at our home at 7pm. They arrived at 11 pm. I would never hire them again.
Description of Work: Pool & Spa cleaned my spa and got it ready to use. They hooked it up for me also.

 + -1 moreI was frustrated with the job that they did. They did not perform proper installation. I have tried to contact Pool and Spa Depot to come and finish, and no one has been responding.
Description of Work: They came out and installed an above ground pool.
