Description of Work: We had two appointments, one to spray for ants and spiders and another for a termite inspection. I chose this company based on their Angie's list reviews and like many others I was very happy with their service! We had a contract with Terminix in the past and they didn't do a fraction of the work that Pest Inc. did! The tech was here on time, dusted both attic spaces, sprayed all the baseboards on both floors, our walkout basement and garage. Went outside and sprayed our covered patio, deck and around the exterior of the house. I thought he was done and then he told me we needed to go inside so he could get out the big sprayer! He then proceeded to spray the eaves of the entire house, which in the back of the house is 3 stories high. Haven't seen an ant or spider since! Signed up for regular service and couldn't be happier! We had a free termite inspection the following day which hadn't been done since we bought the house 8 yrs ago, and he was very honest and professional! No evidence of termites! Excellent company with good, honest employees! Will recommend them to everyone!

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with the service I received from Pest, Inc. Sherry Turner was very nice and helpful on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. Soon after I spoke to Sherry I received an email confirming my appointment with the name and picture of the service technician, Jad Alghatas, which was impressive. It was convenient that I was able to make an appointment with Pest, Inc. on a Saturday due to my work schedule. Jad Alghatas was very nice and professional when he met with my husband at our house and treated our house for ants. Our ant problems seems to have been solved.

Description of Work: Had bed bugs. Thought it would be impossible to get rid of them, but, Pest, Inc. managed to do it. They were very prompt, professional and friendly, as well. Can not say enough about this company. From the guy that came to my house to the female I talked to on the phone....they were quick, efficient and a pleasure with which to work.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with their services. They promptly called me to schedule an appointment. Sent me an email to confirm (and even included a picture of the person who would be coming out to perform the service). The service professional was on time, polite, and professional. And the best part of it all is that they got rid of my ant problem. Would definitely use them again if needed.

+ -1 moreIt went great! I ended up paying less because I am an Angie's List member. They took care of the problem which was carpenter ants. The technician was very clean and professional. He answered the questions I had for him and said he had been doing this for 20 plus years. My ants gone and I have recommended them to a few people at work.
Description of Work: They sprayed the whole outside of the house around the windows, doors, and inside our home. We had carpenter ants in one window around the house. He opened up the trimwork and spayed in there. He said that it would take about 3 weeks to get rid of them. I called them once because I saw several ants left. They stated that it took time to make the spray work and to wait another week and it worked!

+ -1 moreAfter a trip to a hotel turned into a nightmare of bedbug bites and infestation, we called on Pest Inc. to help us. Their prices were the best we encountered (I made lots of calls) and they always were able to get to us within 3 days, while other companies would have us wait at least a week if not more. In this case, the sooner the better. Also, the office staff, including the owner, were really fantastic about answering all my questions and calming my worries. It took 2 visits, but that's not unusual. In fact, from what I've read, 2 visits is great. Their technician, Ray, was always friendly and kind. He was willing to explain things to me, treat certain areas that I was most concerned, and treat me with respect. I'd recommend them to others.

He comes when he's scheduled and has even waited for me when I forgot the appointment. He treats me and our home with respect. We haven't had any trouble with ants or other pests since they began treating the house including the hot summer months when things just seem to come inside. I would recommend PEST Inc. for all your pest control needs.

It was done in a timely and professional manner. I thought the price was fair - about $1300 for a 3400 sq. foot home.
