Lamberth & Sons Plumbing Co

Lamberth and Sons Plumbing installed the septic and leach field in our new house in 2000. Recently I noticed that the leach field was draining only on one branch which concerned me that the field might have a problem. I called their office and talked with Freddie who told me he would send out someone to inspect. They were a no show, so I called the office and they told me they were very busy and would send someone out. After a week no one showed, so I called again and heard the same answer but this time I got the name and number of the person who was to come and inspect. Called him and he told me he would be out in two days. Again no show, so I called the office to find out why I was getting the run around. The office manger apologized and said she would call Freddie and see what was going on. She called back within 30 minutes and Freddie told her that they were to busy and to find someone else. I couldn't believe this, after 3 weeks of promises no one had the professional courtesy to call me. Obviously I didn't use them so I can't comment on their work but their communication and follow through is unsatisfactory.

Our interaction with them was very good! Their service price was reasonable. They educated me on what they were doing, and showed me things that might need to be done in the future. They were careful because we have very old pipes in our old house. They were very careful not to damage some of the areas that were close to breaking.

They did the work. It was a good job. They fixed it at a fair price.

The plumber was very nice. I only had their service once, but I'm sure I would use them again. The service was great.
