+ -1 moreThe professionalism and telling you the best job for your situation. they are there, he was there on a Saturday working on the Freon leak, they saw the project through. I was doing a complete rebuild and to be able to fit him in and not mess with the other elements of the project.

+ -1 moreLarry Claud and his crew were very professional, kind, and caring. They did a very conscientious job, and the new ductwork runs and HVAC system are very clean and orderly. They helped us get financing to install the system, and were helpful and patient through the process. They responded to our questions and concerns along the way quickly and professionally. And we couldn't be happier with the final product - the new system WORKS GREAT, and we are SO much more comfortable in our home now!
Description of Work: Innovative Heating & Air completely removed all of our old ductwork out of our crawlspace and replaced it with new ductwork. They completely uninstalled our old package unit HVAC system, and installed a new Carrier Greenspeed Infinity heat pump system. They divided our house into three different heating and cooling zones, re-working the ductwork as necessary to get the best air flow to each zone of the house. They re-worked condensate lines as necessary, and even hired a masonry sub to patch the concrete block and brickwork in our crawlspace wall to make the opening for the new heat pump lines fit snugly.
