FAIRWAY RESTORATION GROUP

I am not going to say that I am disappointed; I just thought things could have been a little better. There are a few things wrong that they are supposed to come and fix. For example, where the garage turns into a den, they put drywall up there and there is now a big crack in it. The water heater tends to run out of water very quickly and I still smell smoke every now in then in one particular doorway. There were a few crew men that I liked. James and Doray were awesome. Chris was cool. Paul the painter was nice and they 8-12 drywall guys were o.k. They worked really quickly and they did do a great job besides the little defaults they are going to soon be fixing. I have Allstate insurance so this fire damage was 100% covered by them.

What a very rude and inconsiderate company this was. First off, I could not use my bathroom for two weeks because the sink just would not empty, it was horrible. When they were called to do this work, I waited for ever for them to complete it. I had to live with friends until it was done. It actually took them over six months to get done. They had very rotten attitudes toward me. I would call them and they would be so rude and tell me to wait in line that I was a nobody. The builder was not very nice at all and They treated me like a dog. I have nothing nice to say at all about them. It is pretty bad when they are supposed to be a professional company and they dwell on making their customers cry and very upset.

Fairway Restoration Group did a pretty good job. However, they contracted part of the work out, and the subcontractor left part of my roof unfinished. I had to call them back and have them come back out to finish the job. Still, overall I was satisfied with their work.

Fairway Restoration did a great job, however, they had said it would take two weeks to do and it took well over a month. They were definitely right on, on the price. They took their time at getting to the job and wouldn't turn up when they scheduled.
