They promised they scheduled and they delivered! I am not an easy customer to satisfy but these people knocked it out of the park! The hard-working workers who actually did the roof kudos to you you're very efficient and did an awesome job!! One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had they are highly highly recommended!!!

I just had my roof replaced from shingles to Metal panels. I contacted a couple of local roofers, and Expert Construction. I went with Expert Construction due to their experience with installing roofs, and their value-oriented pricing. Their workers were very hard-working and did a great job. I highly recommend that you go with a new roof installed by Expert Construction.

Mr. David Novak and his crew were the best roofers I have ever used. I was impressed with him from the start because he used framing and roofing terminology to describe the work that I was familiar with from having worked in the lumber business. He walked every foot of the roof taking notes during his inspection and found structural defects in the rafters that had to be repaired before roofing could start. He also had to replace over half of the plywood sheets that had rotted over the years. The rafters, which had become a major framing problem, were expertly repaired with brand new lumber. My old roof was replaced with high definition architectural shingles, and is absolutely beautiful. I now have a superior roof on top of sound structural framing that Mr. Novak replaced. This house had major structural problems, and he and his crew were able to fix and correct all of them. All of the men had a high level of expertise. You can depend on the advice Mr. Novak gives because his is the voice of experience and is a real roofer, not a salesman. Best of all his price was more than fair considering all the problems he had to solve with my 60yr old house. His initial estimates included what the price would be if all of the plywood had to be replaced, which I found to be very professional. I would highly recommend Mr, David Novak to anyone looking for an honest intelligent experienced roofing professional.

He did such a good job that three of our neighbors have asked for his card and his info to get new roofs too. They were great. We've had roofs put on the house before, twice. We have been here since 1976.The rood wasn't bad we just wanted to get it replaced while we had the money. They gave us a 25 or 20 year warranty on this. We though the price was really good. We got five bids from five companies that came out and walked all over the roof. This bid was not only the most sincere but it was the actual owner of the place that came out here. Within the price ranged I'd say he was more on the low end. We got the color we wanted. We had originally talked about putting a metal roof on but he said that the new asbestos shingling that they put up that is made with silicon in it will last longer then a metal roof would. We were just very happy he showed us all the differences and everything.

Awesome job!!! Priced right. Timely, cleaned up their supplies and extras. Nice to work with. Will be using them again soon.

Mr. Novak worked diligently with my insurance company to resolve a disputed offer by the insurance company to just repair my storm damaged roof, as opposed to the replacement that was needed. He personally stayed involved and maintained contact with my insurance adjusted and me, making multiple trips to my residence to obtain shingle samples and other information required by the insurance company until the dispute and the needed roof replacement was agreed upon. Once the go ahead was authorized, his crew arrived on the day and time agreed and completed the job as planned. Upon completion the crew thoroughly cleaned the lawn and drive to remove all debris and nails that had fallen as a result the removal of the original material. Since the replacement I've received several compliments from neighbors regarding the appearance of the new roof. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Novak and his company to anyone needing an honest and competent roofing contractor. Larry Jones

It went great, very easy to work with, and job well done. The owner, David Novak, was there with his employees which I really appreciated. David was great to work with and explained things well. It went so well that I am having him replace the roof on the house I live in.
