CLOSET FACTORY

We were pleased with it. We also bought from them about 13 years ago in Arizona. We had a whole installation in Tucson which is better than we had here. The people that I used to work with here, they were accommodating and they took care of our concerns.

We requested and received prompt service when we inquired about a closet design. An in home inspection of our closet space was done and they listened to our needs and wants. A computer generated 3-D design was shown to use within 30 minutes. We were able to change and add to the design immediately. We were given an estimate on cost and time to complete the job. The estimate given was below all other estimates received for the same similar design. The Closet Factory added many extras at the base price. Mr Bradley was very professional and responded to our every question in a very timely manner by phone and e-mail. The job was done very neatly and professionally. We could not have been more pleased. The job looks better than we even imagined. Mr. Bradley followed up with us after the job was completed and even came for a personal inspection. WE LOVE OUR CLOSET!!! Thank you Closet Factory.

Ed Bradley of Closet Factory was on time for our estimate and was extremely professional. We selected Closet Factory from 4 companies. Ed and his team were very professional during the design phase and he provided good ideas on how to organize our space, including materials and accessories (belt hooks, scarf hooks, etc) that would help make our closet work for us. Ed came up with a design we hadn't considered and was willing to make any changes we wanted. Once we had our materials and design selected, Closet Factory set our installation date and kept in touch to make sure nothing had changed as we prepared for the big day. As luck would have it, the weather started to look like it would be snowy on our installation day and Ed's team called to see if they could come a day early. They wanted to be sure that they could complete the install on the day promised and not track lots of snow/dirt into our home. Me and my floors appreciated the extra concern. The installation was completed on-time and on-budget and it looks FANTASTIC! I'm now inspired to hang up my clothes! First time I've ever said that about my closet. If we decide to work on any other closets in our house, Ed Bradley and Closet Factory will be our first call.
