The crew including Mr. Watkins arrived at 9 AM and were gone by 12:30 PM. They did all the work and cleaned up the yard exceptionally well. They were friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. There is nothing left where these trees once stood except dirt and very few chips as they cleaned all the wood chips up and put them in a truck. From bid call to getting the work done all contacts and communications were very clear and professional.

I will be moving on to the next company.

I took several bids, he was the best price. He worked safely, obviously knew what he was doing, and got it done. I will definitely use him for future projects. No complaints here.

He cut both trees quickly, cleaned up really well. I have to admit I was a little nervous as they were 40-50ft trees near the house. However, they fell where he intended them to fall and he never doubted for a minute that they would. He has been cutting trees for a long time.

Made a phone call, he came that same day like he said he would, gave me a bid. I said that sounds good. He said he would be here Monday morning. They show and did the job!

I called HighTop Tree Service to give me an estimate for removing a dead tree in my front yard. He came the next day and gave me an acceptable estimate and said he would perform the work the following week. He never showed up to do the work. I called him again and left a message, and he did not return my call. A few weeks later, I called again, since I was having a hard time finding anyone who would come out and give me an estimate. I talked to Mr. Watkins, and he said he would do the work either that day or the next. He never showed up to do the work. His business card says ''No job too small or too big.'' This was a small job, and I assume that is why he never did it.

Hightop Tree Service was at my home within two days of my phone call, which I felt was fantastic. They totally cleaned up after themselves. The projects were completed in a timely manner. They are honest and affordable.
