Description of Work: We had several windows which had missing glazing, rotting wood, etc. We called WinPro and scheduled an appt. A company employee came to our home in the next few days, looked at our windows needing repair and gave us a written estimate which was very reasonable. We have multi-pane bay windows which are not made any more. Winpro quoted a reasonable price to remove the current window and remake it. They have currently completed replacing individual panes in certain windows. They will remove the large bay windows this week, closing the window with weather proofing and ply wood. Their estimated date of completion for the new multi-pane windows will be 2 weeks. Winpro is one of the most professional and responsive contractor we have used in a very long time. We have a lot of work to be done in our home and they have been a pleasure to work with and have made an undaunted task of a long list of repairs seem less overwhelming. I will resubmit another comment after our newly created bay windows are complete and installed. I have no doubt that We will be very pleased with their work!
