Steve was really great to work with. He came and gave me an estimate just a few days after calling him. I felt very comfortable with him and his level of obvious knowledge. He emailed that night(or the next morning) and had the estimate all worked up in detail with several different options. The price was very reasonable. The windows had to be ordered because of things i wanted and it took about 2 weeks to get them in as he told me. They came a few days after the windows were in, at 9am sharp. He actually works(and not just gives the estimates)! There were 3 of them so it didnt take long at all...a couple of hours. They moved a few things and took down my curtains and blinds and put everything back as it was. They did an excellent job and I LOVE MY WINDOWS!! Especially the big picture window! 6

I saw Winpro's rating on Angie's List and contacted Steve with Winpro in September, 2012 for estimates to replace 3 windows and rotten wood. He was prompt for the appointment, fair on the estimate (which was very complete) and worked with me about installation time. I felt that I could trust him in what he recommended. On 11/06/2012, he and two workers were prompt, efficient and thorough in getting the work done. They protected the areas and cleaned up behind themselves. I'm very happy with the job they did and my windows are like new. I'll continue to enjoy not having to worry about rotten wood in those areas again, as they are now replaced with PVC.

We found them on Angie's List and we are really pleased with them. In fact, we are bringing them back this week to do more. For what they did the price was adequate. It was very good. Their timeliness is unbelievable. If they say they are going to be there a 8:00, they are there 15 minutes before. They are extremely professional. They came in and gave us a written quote, gave us a detail on what they were going to do with the multi-pane picture window. They are actually going to remake the windows and that is what we are getting done next. They are very competitive on price. I will absolutely use them again.

I chose this vendor because of the reviews on Angie's List. When I reached out for information, WinPro (Steve Sharp) immediately responded and came by the next day to provide an estimate. Once the supplies arrived within two weeks, he brought an assistant and, together, they worked quickly and efficiently. We are pleased with the work that he did.

They are good. They did a good job. They were on time. They did what they were supposed to do. The price was pretty good. I had a couple of other estimates and Winpro was better than a few of them.

Overall good experience. I ended up going with another company that had a lower bid that I had already done business with in the past. I would consider Steve again for future work.

He did not replace any, but just fixed them. He was referred to me by someone. He was inexpensive. I’ll probably have him do a few more windows for me.

We called WinPro and Steve Sharp returned our call. He scheduled the estimate in 2 days. We walked around the house and pointed out the rotten wood around the windows and also the windows which needed to be replaced. We asked him if he saw anything else around the windows that needed to be repaired and he pointed out something we had missed. The next day we received the estimate by email. Once we approved the estimate he ordered the parts and within a few days he called to schedule the work. From the time we called him and the work was complete was only 6 days. We were very impressed. The day of the work he showed up at the scheduled time with two other workers. I was very comfortable with all three working in my home. I made sure my pets were in a safe room since the windows would be removed. Mr Sharp and Mr Watson are the owners of the business. The wood used to replace the rotten wood was primed white. The work was very skilled and professional and they knew exactly what needed to be done to overcome the usual unexpected small problems. When one of the screens was removed additional rotten wood was found and I was asked to look at the window to see if I wanted it repaired. The estimate was exactly right with the addition of the extra work I requested. They cleaned up everything after they were finished and asked if I needed help returning the furniture I had moved to the window area. We are very happy with the outcome. I have already recommended WinPro to a friend.

We got 3 estimates for the replacement of all the windows. The house is old and had single paned windows throughout in need of replacement with the more energy efficient double pane windows. Mr. Steve Sharp, one of the owners of the company, came out promptly, listened as we told him what we thought we needed, agreed with some and offered suggestions, and options of other possibilities. His estimate was the middle one we received in actual monies, but his ability to listen to our needs, acknowdlege them without pushing his own agenda was what made the deal. The actual installation went smoothly..they cleaned up as they went along leaving very little additional to be done but rehang draperies and curtains over the new and vastly improved windows. We would definitely use this company again...in a heartbeat! They delivered exactly what was promised efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. Mr. Steve Sharp and his partner Mr. Lee Watson were wonderfully professional, punctual and a pleasure to have in our home.

They picked it up and brought it back. I mailed them a check. Very professional and fast.

We worked with owner. He gave us an estimate and replaced the glass himself (with help). The glass beading on one window was in pretty bad shape and kind of hard to find in small quantities. The owner and I worked together and found some in town. He is a pleasant man and easy to work with.

They were very professional. They would say when they were coming and show up when they said they would. They did a very, very good cleanup of the site. My only negative was they put the windows up and they were dirty. It was something I should have asked about beforehand. They don't clean the actual windows. In several cases they had to replace the glass. They told me how much it would cost and they were very, very professional. They did good work.

I had a very old twin aluminum window replaced. Winpro was the olny company out of several that I called that would do one window replacement. Most places won't come out unless you are going to replace at least 3 windows. The owner was prompt, friendly, courteous, and easy to do business with. I can definetly tell a difference in the temperature of the room where the window was replaced. I will be calling on him again to replace another Aluminum, double, pained, twin window.

The owner showed up when he said he would. Did a great job. And told me where & how to fix my third window problem myself--the parts were easy to find & install and cost me $6.00.

I agreed to have the windows replaced the next week and again he and his crew were on time and finished the job within a few hours. The job required them to come in the house to perform some of the work. They were considerate of the mess they were about to make and covered the area to prevent any scratches to our wood floor. They also took off their shoes so as not to track in any mud from the flowerbeds. Upon completion of the job, they cleaned up the mess and took away the old windows.

I highly recommend them for repairs or replacements. There were three men who did the job. Steve Sharp and Lee Watson owns the company and the other guy was a helper. They even put my security system back in while they were here. I called three different places and they were thought to be the best. This was a big job. There had been 13 years of deterioration on the windows. This was probably the biggest project they had ever done. They were very professional and it took them only four days to complete the job.
