We had unfortunate experience with Roof MD. The quoted price was to have included replacing ALL damaged decking wood, per written communication. This was disregarded in the final bill. Also especially off-putting was the criticism of other roofing companies and inaccurate depictions of materials costs. Materials costs were constantly overstated, inflating the price. The written materials warranty has also not been furnished, as was stated in the contract.

This roof replacement was paid for by my Homeowners insurance. Roof MD handled all the details with State Farm, I did not have to do anything. This roof replacement was handled professionally, perfectly and hassle free. I highly recommend ROOF MD for their professionalism, dependability and workmanship.

Greg is very friendly and gave me good service. He had men come when my insurance adjuster was here which I believed helped because my insurance paid for an entire new roof. They were very careful about not destroying my shrubs and flowers around the house and I have a lot of them but they didn't hurt a single one. The roofers were efficient and took great care cleaning up. They didn't come when scheduled because of a house that had 4 layers on the roof and it took more days than expected but Greg kept me posted and it worked out better on the day that they came. The work was completed it in one day.

Everything was done great. Every one was professional in everthing that was performed. The roof was finished on time that was agreed upon and looks wonderful. It turned out fine. They didn't charge any more. We had to wait a little bit. But they told us ahead of time that they were backed up. There was nothing that they could have done better.

He showed up within minutes of my call, assessed the problem of my leak and went to work. He was very professional. I'll know more about the success of what was done when the hard rain comes in this evening.

The project went well! Only took 3 days and they gave me the cheapest bid. I would most definite use them again!

The service worked out just fine. They came out and replaced the roof shingles that got blown off. They also fixed the shingles that were kind of loose on the roof as well. They also did some work around the top of the roof. They did an inspection to see if it was time to replace the roof. The service was purchased at $277, they didn't charge more. It was my first time using them. They did what they said they were going to do. It took them about two and a half hours to get it all done. I would use them again in the future.

Greg's team did a great job replacing our damaged roof. The job was estimated to last 3 days and really only took 2 days with a little clean up on the 3rd day. We are very pleased with the quality and look of our new roof.

Everything went perfectly. Service and quality are excellent. Very happy. Roof MD was on of 4 quotes that I searched. He rose to the top because he was flexible to replace only the rusted gutter. Other would only do entire job. He also had best quote on the guards. The final quote was favorable, that I decided to replace all gutter, and with larger drain pipes.

Excellent job. We really like the new clear and transparent skylight.

Overall a great experience using Roof MD. Greg is very professional, courteous and knows his business. He diagnosed that my old roof had weather damage and worked with the insurance adjuster to assist in securing coverage. His team was punctual, fast and did a solid job. Greg was very accessible throughout the whole process and coordinated all aspects. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors. The roof looks great. No issues at all.

Greg Crocker handled every detail with professionalism and integrity throughout the entire process. He was specific in all discussions regarding the damage to the roof and gutters which was to be removed and replaced. Greg showed us several roofing jobs which his company had done over the years that were very impressive. His negotiating skills and business manner was professional and he was very easy to work with. The gutters with Leaf Guard and downspout were a perfect and matched the color we wanted. Roof MD crew took special care protecting my windows and Japanese Maple tree. The crews attention to detail in cleaning up after the job was above and beyond my expectations. Mr. Crocker was attentive in checking on the job and was on the job site several times during the removal and installation and followed up to ensure our satisfaction when the job was complete.
