Roof MD

Roof looks great! Sales person was very arrogant many times in regards to questions or concerns. Cleanup was not the greatest and the sales person could have cared less about it. One of his biggest selling points, was how we would never know the roofing crew had been here. This was an insurance job, so his money was guaranteed once job was complete. However, he stated one thing on front in and began demanding additional money once job was nearly finished. He nagged us several times each week for final payment, knowing that it was going to take 2 to 4 weeks for final payment to arrive per what we were told by insurance company. We were so thankful after the bad winds a couple weeks ago that there was no damage to our roof, so we wouldn't have to deal with them again.

Flawlessly. Prompt and professional crews. Thorough clean-up, good follow up when work was completed. Roof shingles are straight and clean with neatly cut edges. House looks like new!

When I was purchasing my home, Roof MD came out to check the structural integrity of my roof and gave me the confidence to go through with my purchase. Two years later, and my roof is still doing great! Dr. Leaky knows his stuff!

Every thing went smooth ,no hassle no head ache,paid the bill after finishing the job, some contractors require 50 percent down payment but Roof MD,does the job first then gets pay, I have refereed them to my family and friends.

The man arrived and went up on the roof for about 10mins came down and didn't give me very much information on the condition of the roof, so I don't really know any more than I did before he went up their. I went up and looked for myself and found a lot of the shingles are starting to curl up on the ends.

Jose was on time and discovered the actual cause of the leak. We discussed my work schedule so he could work around it. He even offered to arrive before his normal working hours. The repair differed from what the home inspector thought the cause of the leak was so he explained in detail where the leak came from and how he fixed it. He was very professional.

Never heard from contractor, money refunded from Angie's list

It was very good. They came right away. It was like 3 or 4 days. They were very good. They were very quick to respond. They did the repair. They did a very good job.

We had a roof leak that was very difficult to diagnose. Jose took the time to make certain that he found the leak and to show me that his assessment was correct. It took him a couple trips to completely fix the problem, but I was not charged any additional money and Jose came promptly when I called, within a couple hours. I appreciate Greg and Jose's commitment to quality work and customer service.

Extremely Pleased with service. -needed additional squares in excess of 2000 sq ft purchased through Angie's List. Roof MD (Greg) honored the same price per square that I purchased on Angie's List. He also explained the pricing and provided a breakdown of cost. Optional items were suggested but no pressure to purchase. -Fast service. Purchased less than one week ago and roof project is already completed. -Contractor brought dozens of shingle color samples so I could see what color went best with my house color. -Prompt response to phone calls and questions -Friendly and easy to work with on this project

Jose from Roof MD inspected my roof and told me that there is wind damage on my roof and that I will quality for a new roof. I had my reservations about this recommendation based on my prior experience with another roofer and I also conveyed my concerns to Greg. Greg told me that Jose should be correct in his assessment that the roof is damaged enough and that I have a very good chance of insurance approving a new roof. Based on Greg's recommendation, I filed a claim for a new roof. When the insurance handler inspected the roof, he did not find any wind damage and showed me several pictures of only minor damages to a few shingles that were very much repairable. The Roof MD folks who saw those pictures as well could not refute or challenge the insurance handler's findings. Overall, I had a pleasant interaction with the Roof MD folks, they are nice folks, but I feel that Roof MD did not do a professional job of assessing the correct condition of my roof before asking me to file the claim with the insurance. If they had a professional job, they would have had enough information / pictures to show the insurance handler and to challenge the insurance handler's findings.

The entire process went as hoped for.

He was able to get my new roof put on by working with insurance company. He was very efficient! I was also very pleased with his employees that actually put the roof on. They were friendly and fast. No problems, I was very happy!!

They provided high-quality materials and were here to do the job promptly. They did a great job on my roof and came back to make sure I was satisfied.

Greg, the owner, is the one I was in contact with the entire time. He was very professional and explained everything well enough that I could understand. He explained how the insurance claim roof replacement works, what work he would do, the products he uses and the differences between products, and how to complete my insurance claim. His team showed up the day he said they would at 6 in the morning and were done by 1 in the afternoon. I was very impressed with the clean up. I have only found a couple pieces of shingles and old nails. Considering how much of a mess was made with the tear off I was surprised at how well they cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done. Great job Greg.

I contracted Roof MD to put on my new roof about a year and a half ago and they knocked it out in one day. My roof is very steep and it was amazing to watch. They ran out of daylight, but sent someone out the next morning to roll the yard of nails and to haul off my old roof. Speed up to January...We experienced a bad storm and I had a tree limb go right through my porch. I called Mr. Crocker and he sent a guy out the next day to repair it and it was cold outside too. Speed up to March... A huge storm sent half a tree down on the steepest part of my roof. Had to call insurance company on this one. They came out an hour after I called them to put a tarp over it. It's not fixed yet, because the weather hadn't permitted. I'll keep everyone posted.

His crew is VERY hardworking - even my children commented on their work ethics. The roofing crew did a fantastic job cleaning up. It's inevitable with a job as big as this one that there will still be some shingles and/or nails in the yard and we've picked up a few things, but hardly anything at all. I am thankful! I also had soffit vents installed and they didn't quite look like I expected. Greg Crocker worked with me to make sure my expectations were met - he did go above and beyond. Again, I am thankful. Now that I see how great my house looks with the new roof I wish I had gotten one sooner ... if you are on the fence about getting a new roof, do it! And call Greg - he will take the time to explain the details regarding different shingles, warranties, soffits, ridge vents, etc. Everything you need to know!

Outstanding. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The reason I got the deal was that I knew that I had problems around my chimney. The roof was replaced 4 years ago by Medford Roofing and they did not do a good job. I called Medford for 2 years to come out and fix the problems and they never would. I saw the deal and the reviews of Roof MD and felt so good about the initial work that I hired them to fix the problems that were caused by Medford Roofing.
