I had used Mr. Jolly in the past for minor repairs to my roof. He had always been professional, prompt and reasonable on price. Several of my neighbors had used less well known roofers in order to save some money but were not happen with the service. I decided to go with Mr. Jolly even if it meant a little higher cost. I did not regret that decision. The work crew arrived each day on time. My yard was kept clean and after the work was completed, I found only 3-4 roofing nails left behind. The roof looked great. I even had asked Mr. Jolly before the work began if he saw any hail or wind damage to my roof. He stated he did. Because of that, I was able to get the cost of my roof covered by my insurance. Also, after the first rain, I noticed a leak around the vent pipe of my central heater. Mr. Jolly was prompt in returning on two occasions to repair that leak at no cost. The roof looks great.

Mr. Jolly came to help identify the cause of a significant roof leak which led to hardwood floor damage. He quickly climbed up, found the source of the leak and repaired the area quickly--on the spot. Two previous roofers had evaluated the area and had failed to find any problem. Mr. Jolly responded quickly to the initial call, and more importantly, kept his appointment and was punctual he placed a call to let me know he was en route and running on time. The work was done within 90 minutes of his arrival, including complete clean up. The roof and water issues are gone!

The owner of the company and one other man came and put on my new roof. They were very neat, professional and came on time. The mess was totally cleaned up. I'm happy that this roof is guaranteed for 30 years because my last roof only lasted 10 years.
