+ -1 moreThe crew has expanded. The staff is uniformly excellent and very courteous. The owner is very polite and very knowledgeable. He is good at what he does. He is nice to do business with. I recommended them to multiple neighbors and every one of them has been very happy with them. I can call him for anything.

+ 0 morealso use this service for our town's required backflow report annually. Since Raintek took over, I have never received a second request from the city--not the case with the previous company. Raintek handles all services--estimates, work, invoices and reports promptly and efficiently. Customer service is excellent--once Raintek has installed or serviced your irrigation system, you are able to contact the proprietor, Richard Ralph, with questions or concerns, and will always recieve a prompt , courteous and professional response. I recommend this company to all my neighbors and associates for superior service.
Description of Work: I have used Rain tek for the two years this company has been in business. The owner has many years of experience in irrigation and opened his own business; prior to that he had worked at my home for three at the recommendation of neighbors, who had known him much longer.In the past two years I have had Drainage pipes and popup drains installed along both sides of my home, numerous additional sprinklers added as landscaping changed, and detection and repair of an underground leak that had caused a sharp rise in my water bill. I
