+ -1 moreThe crew showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I needed the work done asap and the company worked me in due to my deadline. There were a few snags hit along the way and each one was communicated to me and fixed with zero complaint from the crew. I could not have been more pleased.

+ -1 moreWe had plumbers out to discover the source of a water leak in our front yard. They did a terrible job finding the leak, busting up a downstairs bathroom floor and wall before jackhammering into our concrete porch thinking it was under there. After they finally found and repaired the leak, they left a mess and said we would have to have someone else out to repair the porch. Our insurance agent recommended Pro-Qual. This was not an insurance claim, but we took our agent's advice. Jerry Graham came out promptly, gave an estimate, and had his crew out to do the repair. They did an excellent job and cleaned up every little bit of debris, including some left behind by the plumber. It's been over a year since the repair, and it still looks fine.

His electrician charged me over $1000 to instal an outdoor photo sensitive light and some minor repairs to my service wire and the light broke after a couple of years. It was a long time ago and I don't have much in the way of records but surely felt like I didn't get a good deal at all. Jerry is slick but his work isn't.

+ -1 moreThe reflooring job went without a hitch, looks beautiful, and is still solid 12 years after it was installed. The roofing job was also well done. I had a problem with the flat portion over my front porch. Jerry had his roofers come back and tear off what they had installed and re-installed the rolled roof at no extra charge. He works closely with his crew and supervises all phases of the work to insure the job is done right and to satisfaction, or he makes it right.
Description of Work: Jerry Graham is the president and general manager of Pro-Qual in Germantown, TN. He actually did two jobs for me. The first was hardwood flooring repair, under flooring support, and joist replacement in my 1922 built midtown home foyer after we first moved in, in 1996. He also tore off 4 layers of roofing and installed a new roof for me a few years later in 2004.
