+ -1 moreMynatt did excellent work for the most part. Some sub contractors were not as good or reliable as I had expected but Andy Mynatt eventually made good on all promised work. Many of the subcontractors did excellent work! Mr. Mynatt had great ideas from the planning stage on and did hold to budget as agreed. He supervised the work personally. The independent home inspector I hired through Angie's list said it was one of the best built homes he had ever inspected. I would highly recommend this home builder. One issue was that some allowances were not adequate to complete the house ( examples: kitchen appliances and lighting)
Description of Work: Andy Mynatt built a 2700 sq ft all brick ranch style home for us in north Knoxville.
