 + -1 moreI made the appointment on a Wednesday. The guy on the phone said he had someone who could arrive at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning and that this person would call before he arrived. Around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday I called and left a message with the company that their person had neither called nor shown up. At 10:15 a.m., as I was headed out the door to run some errands, the guy showed up. When I said I had expected him at 8:30, or at least a phone call by then, he responded by saying "I told them I don't do jobs before 9:30 on Saturdays." I found this to be an unsatisfactory response. The workers who represent the company should solve their personal problems with the company, I'm not really interested. When I described/showed him the problem that needed fixing I was not confident that he understood what needed to be done, he was pretty unresponsive. I guess the job was completed in an average manner, but the price was not worth the work done.
Description of Work: Reinstalled a 15" diameter squirrel baffle on the post of our bird feeder. Inside wood supports had rotted, so I removed them. Technician replaced wood with pieces of treated 2"x4" and screwed baffle to them.
