+ -1 moreterrible. the job was never performed and kenneth obviously had no intention of re-upholstering my chair.
Description of Work: Kenneth picked up my chair and wanted $200 deposit to start the job. i gave him deposit and he said he would get it back to me in a week. when i called after a week, he said he was still working on it. after telling me several times that he would have it ready the next day and then having an excuse every time about why he wasnt finished and that he needed a few more hours. i finally insisted on pickiing it up and it had not been touched AND it had left outside. it had dirt all over and was dingy(Like it had been left in the rain). he never even started the job!
