Great. They had been to the house before for a similar problem. They told us they should have done one more step the last time they were at the home and we would not have had the current problem. THey took care of it immediately and everything is fine. We have been using Jim Doughlas and Sons since we moved to Memphis over 15 years ago. We would never call anyone else.

Did work as specified. Result is less than satisfactory. Commode functions but is more noisy than before.

All work was performed to the highest standards. They will tell you when there is something --- drain issues --- they would rather not do, or that requires additional equipment (rented drain camera). I believe their business ethics are of the highest order.

They are the only plumbers I use. They are great. Their prices are really good.

As usual, we called the Douglas Bros to come out and do extensive plumbing work when we installed new granite counter tops. They installed a new faucet and did great work, once again, as usual. Great family owned company. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

I used them because they are in my neighborhood. They came over and were very prompt. They took off their shoes when they came in, so they were very respectful of my property, which is something I think highly of. They got to work very quickly. I liked the way they used their time. The estimate was right on target and we haven't had problems since. He gave me a couple of tips on how to use the new kitchen faucet. I was thankful that he gave me tips on how to keep it lasting a long time. I will use them again.

Their work was average. They came out to do their work and they weren't as prompt as you would expect them to be. They ran a plumbing company and couldn t get the work done themselves. They were very polite, but they couldn t unplug the drain so they called another company.

He was a little expensive, but he does good work. He's done work for me before and he's reliable dependable ad professional. He did a great job and the pipes haven't leaked on me. He cleaned everything up and I would highly recommend him.
