+ -1 moreThey did not fix the issue. In addition, when we called to inquire about the status of the problem to understand what was going on, the women on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. Her behavior was completely uncalled for. I do not recommend working with this company ever.

+ -1 moreEach time I called the office, someone promptly answered my phone. Since it was not an emergency, it took a couple of days to get them out the first time. The plumbers were very courteous, professional, and competent. They arrived on time and completed work well and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Two plumbers visited my home and installed a toilet, replaced the wax rings and drains on two bath tubs, and cleared some stopped drains. We were very happy overall.

+ -1 moreI have him out once a year to check everything. We have a septic thing and a well. They come out whenever we need them and that is nice. They don't charge me when they come out. They come when they say they are going to come and they come when you need them to. They are just honest and dependable.
