They usually send out 2 girls. The schedule the service for a 2 hour window and they do a excellent work. I have never had a complaint. I would recommend them.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. Every time they came (3 times) there was a problem. The owner hires children to work for her. First of all, they leaked oil all over my driveway every time they came. On January 30 they sent a 17 year old boy to clean. I was home that day and actually saw the boy break the plexiglass in my storm door. When I called Tammy, she would not give me her insurance company information. (I seriously doubt that she is insured) I had to file a law suit in small claims court. She brought 3 employees to court and all of them lied.. They were rehearsed in what they said. So the judge could not make a decision based on what they lied about. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAMMY'S ANGELS AT ALL… I have been in business as a contractor for 39 years and run my company very professional,. Trust me, they are very unprofessional and a total joke.. Don't make the same mistake I did…… By the way, the new company cleaning my house is wonderful.

We found them on Angie's List and still use them. We are happy with them. They have integrity and do what they are supposed to do. They are on time, nice and funny women. I highly recommend them.

My house has not looked this good since I bought it almost 5 years ago. They arrived on time and went right to work. They impressed me with how my house looked when they left; but it has been 48 hours since they cleaned my home and I am even more impressed now. I will definitely try to budget a good house cleaning as often as I can; because the difference from me doing it to how it looks now is worth the price. The value of the service provided (price / clean house) is there this cleaning service.

The company was able to get out and provide service fairly quickly. They did a reasonably good service for us. The granite counter tops had a few spaces that were still a little smudgy. When I called I explained that we both worked 16 hours a day and didn't have that much time to clean. I explained that we had gotten the dishes and anything else that might be in the way put up. They knew that we have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I was informed that the 1st visit was charged by the hour, which I completely understood and had no problem with. I knew that they would have a lot of dusting and cleaning.. The floors are all wood and slate with one rug. We again did explain that we had pets, which we put up when they came. The maids came, cleaned and we paid them and tipped them and they left. Nothing was said. Today, I called Tammy to get service again. She said that she was meaning to call us, mind you 2 weeks after they had provided service. She said that her maids had shot photos of the house and said that there was more pet hair around the edges than they expected. We understand that there was pet hair there but we had explained the situation in advance. I was somewhat amazed that they took photos of our house without telling us. They seemed very honest. What other things might have been photographed. Silver, stereos,computers etc. I know that might sound a bit extreme but I don't think anyone has the right to photograph the interior of your house without your permission. If there was too much pet fur around the walls that exceeded what they expected to be paid by the hour, they had the right to say, this is more than we like to do. I would have understood, paid them for their services and that would have been it. I'am just appalled that Tammy approached me in this way. I'm very sorry that they only want to clean houses that are already clean. It's not like we have 4 kids and the house is a wreck. Other than the pet hair, everything else was fine. Tammy says that she might consider providing us service but she wants to come out and look for herself. I understand that. I hope when she comes here, she won't be disappointed in our cleaning. Consider having her come out before she cleans. She says they do that. Don't take advantage of your customers by cleaning, charging full price and then waiting to chastise them at a later date. I would say use them but don't have pets or anything that might offend their feelings.

The work was very good, but not as good as first time. The den had the garbage can sitting out and it wasn't emptied. Den shelves weren't dusted this time.

They do an excellent job. Their price is one of the lower prices in the area. They are also always on time and prompt, and I would highly recommend them. The owner is licensed and insured as well. I have used them every four weeks for the past year, and they do great work. I found out about them from my neighbor who has used them for several years.

Tammy and her staff arrived on time, went through my home, and gave me my estimate of charges. They cleaned for 10 hours, and worked a miracle! I was very impressed that they stayed until the job was completed, and did not leave and come back another day. They were hard working, friendly, and I will be having them come back regularly to keep my house clean. If there was an A+ rating, they would get it.

We like them very much; they clean well, do a good job and the price is fairly reasonable.
