 + -1 moreI booked this company over 3 months ahead of time to close my inground pool. Two days before the closing, on November 22, they called to say I would have to pay ahead of time for the service. Either by driving 30 miles to their office and giving my credit card information to a total stranger over the phone. Neither of those options were possible. Just absurd and when the young woman checked with her supervisor at my request, to see if I could pay cash when they came I was told I was the only customer they had in my area so they would have to have it ahead of time. Just unbelievable.

Description of Work: Installed in-ground pool,spa, and deck. The quality of the the work was excellent, but it took in excess of 5 months to complete. Part of the problem was the use of sub-contractors when Swim World was overbooked with jobs. The quality of materials was also an issue. We had to replace two pumps and the entire vinyl liner. Swim World responded quickly to all these issues.

Description of Work: I an very please with the quality of work performed by Swim World. I'm glad we chose to use a company thar has been around a long time instead of one of builders that told us they could "beat anyone's price". Quality of work and longevity of your company is so much more important than going with the lowest estimate when you're talking about an investment of this size. If I ever move and build another pool I will use Swim World again.

 + -1 moreI am there when they come out and do the work. They were able to create a space at the back of the house that was otherwise empty, to put in a sizable pool. Since it is a saltwater pool, it needs extra care. They come when they say they will.
Description of Work: The family that I work for got a saltwater swimming pool installed by Swim World Pools Inc. They also service the pool.
