Great! It was a regularly scheduled maintenance! It took about 40-45 minutes! All was well!

First off, I knew something good was going on when I called to schedule the visit. The scheduler asked every possible question you could imagine to understand the location and design of the septic system, right down to the composition of the driveway. They clearly have a battery of knowledge from previous jobs. When the guys arrived, they got setup, and I showed them the location of the riser of the septic, so I thought.... It was my pump tank. Oh. Now these guys are going to have to search for the other tank and lid. Took them 5 minutes to locate! Dug it up, got it emptied, told me how the last owners were not exactly honest about maintenance, gave me a lot of help for getting other system components maintained, as they do not every single element of the systems. If you can believe this, I was sad to see them go, they were just a pleasure to deal with.
