We were looking to purchase a home and were not using a realtor. For this reason,when I found homes I was interested in viewing, I would contact the listing agent. I emailed the Clausen group regarding a home they had listed and asked if it would be possible to view the home that weekend. There emails must go into a central folder area and employees respond as they come into the group folder. I received a reply that the sellers could not show the home that weekend. The response was not signed by anyone, so I do not know who from the company answered the email. That weekend we were in the area looking at other homes and drove by the home listed by the Clausen Group. It was obvious the sellers where in the process of moving that weekend. I sent another email asking the Clausen Group to notify me when the home was available for viewing. I never received an email from anyone at the Clausen Group. After that experience I decided I would not list my home with a company that would not follow up with a potential buyer. We were the ideal buyers in that we had sold our home and in temporary housing. We could move immediately with no contingencies.

He was like 2 1/2 percent and he was within the normal commission for realtors in the area. He was very knowledgeable and had a lot of years of experience. He was very professional and very accommodating to our schedule since we had to fly in a few times to use him to find a house. He was excellent and the service was excellent. When we had questions he returned our calls and emails immediately. We plan to use him in the future.
