Jason saved the day! I had a huge office pool party on the Monday of Labor Day. Despite a heads up about the event, my previous pool service left me with a non-working pump and filter system. That Saturday, my pool started turning yellow. I tried reaching out to the previous pool service (I had been a customer for 3 years)... crickets from them. Jason came out that Sunday on a 3 day weekend, cleaned the pool and got the system up and running again! So grateful for his work and for being willing to drive a distance to help us out. The pool party was a success! Thank you Jason!

Jason replaced our old filtration system and he went far beyond the call of duty by cleaning our pool even though he’s not currently our pool cleaner. The pool sparkles; it has not looked this good ever! I highly recommend JP Pools.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service provider. Not only did they fail to show up for our scheduled appointment, but when I reached out to inquire about the situation, they claimed it was my fault for not paying in advance. Surprisingly, this requirement was never mentioned during our initial conversation, and no effort was made to inform me beforehand. Curiosity led me to explore their Google reviews, and to my dismay, I discovered that this lack of communication and ghosting behavior has been an ongoing issue for several years. I strongly advise staying away from this service provider due to their consistently poor communication and unprofessional behavior.

JP pools is fantastic! We started using them after some flooding and the pool looked like a pond. They came out and had it crystal clear in a few days. After that experience we hired them on for their weekly service. They are also available when random things pop up. I highly recommend!!!

Swapped out old defective pool pump with new. Quickly changed and had new pump up and running Excellent!

An appointment was schedule and no one showed. I followed up with several calls the next day but no one answered. The appointment had to be set a week out so I lost a week of repair.

Everything was as expected

Showed up when they said. Wasted no time with preparation, pool bottom repairs and installation. Two person crew, but highly efficient. Would use again. Do recommend.

He was running late and didn’t notify me of it but when Jason arrived he was very helpful and did a great job.

I have used JP Pools for several years. They open and close my pool yearly. They also do weekly cleaning and all maintenance. Absolutely the best and most trustworthy Pool Service around.

He built my pool with integrity and honesty. When he said he would be there he was there. I recently had a robot go bad. No questions ask he just replaced it. If you want someone who will do his job and do it right. Jason is the man!!
