David and Micah remodeled our master bathroom. They did a fantastic job and provided their opinions when asked. They completed the job a few days early. I would highly recommend Hudson Home Improvement for any remodeling. In fact, I plan to remodel my other bathroom and will be hiring them for that job as well.

Let me start by saying this project was my first remodeling project. So, I really didn't know what to expect. I needed a bathroom remodeled to accommodate a parent over 65. David and Micah replaced a bath/shower stall with a walk in shower with tiled walls, replaced an older toilet with a comfort-height toilet, replaced a cabinet sink with a pedestal sink, put in new tile flooring and painted the bathroom. (Of note, changing to a pedestal sink required some unexpected plumbing work to keep the pipes well hidden.) I am very happy with my new bathroom! In addition, David and Micah were helpful, patient with my decision making and polite. We had a few communication "hiccups" regarding when they planned to arrive a day or two and about pricing. Specifically, I bought several of the larger pieces myself (shower basin, toilet, sink), and I needed to remind David of this as we were discussing final payment when the work was done. Once reminded though, David made appropriate adjustments to the final bill. Given this was my first remodel, that part may have been my fault as I did not ask about adjustments until the end. I will end by saying we are now a couple months out from the project. Everything is working great, and I remain very happy with final product. Thanks Hudson Home Improvement

David is creative as well as an expert craftsman. He tries to make your vision a reality and then exceeds your expectations.

Excellent experience. Work was performed on time and within estimate. David and his crew were considerate of our condo neighbors and of our daily living conditions. Since all the cabinetry work was done off-site, appliances and countertops were pre-ordered, the entire remodel was completed within 3 weeks. We will use Hudson Home Improvements again.

I called David on behalf of my elederly aunt. A floor in a room in her house was rapidly separating from the floor and she was very worried about it. David was prompt and he did a good job in explaining what needed to be done to my aunt. He got the work done promptly and did a good job. He was always professional. David is without question one of the best contractors I've worked with, and my career is in commercial real estate development. He shows up early and gets the job done when he says he will. His quality of work and attention to detail were great; he's the type of guy that takes true pride in his work. We did have schedule trouble with his cabinet sub which was mostly out of David's control, nevertheless the quality of the cabinets was great as well. I'm referring friends and family to Hudson Home Improvement, and wish David all the best.

Excellent experience with David and Micah. Professional, courteous and men of the highest morals and ethics. The floor was rotting due to water damage. They offered great cost and job length estimates, finishing a day early. Quality of work was far superior to other providers I have used in the past. I was so pleased that I paid them extra. I definitely recommend them and will be calling upon them again.

Of the 3 contractors I contacted, Hudson Home Improvement was the only one who was prompt in scheduling the appointment for a quote & providing it in writing. David Hudson was always available for calls throughout the project, arrived when scheduled, & kept the site tidy. He was meticulous in his work, did a beautiful job with the room & was thorough in cleaning the site when finished. This is a “hidden gem” company & I highly recommend Hudson Home Improvement & will definitely use again. The HVAC company David used was outstanding as compared to “big name” companies. I will also continue to use his HVAC services.

Overall, it went very well. As with any remodel, there were some minor problems but David and his crew managed them very well. David provided a schedule so we would know what to expect and he and his ream was very punctual. Very happy with the result.

Best contractor experience I've had. David finished on budget and ahead of schedule. He had some great suggestions to make our kitchen more functional too.

Paint looks great and drywall dust was kept to a minimum. Will definitely hire again!
