Family's Tree Service was able to perform this service, but only after a several week delay. The crew was professional and did a good job. I have used Family's Tree Service before and I will use them again.

Contacted Familys after they came highly recommended. They came out and gave a reasonable bid. They shared that the work would be scheduled in the next 10-14 days due to a very busy schedule. No one showed up on the days scheduled and subsequent calls have not been returned. Moving onto another provider... Pretty disappointing customer service.

After 3 failed attempts to get Family Tree Service to pay for the damages to our fence after they hit it with their equipment when removing trees from our neighbor's lot, we are leaving this feedback so that others know what kind of service this self-called "Christian" company provides. In the middle of last year our neighbors had Family Tree Service come out to remove dead trees from their lot. My wife was present at our house while this was being done and noted how close they were coming to our metal fence we had just installed on our property to get to our neighbor's trees, but could not stay for the entire operation. At some point they ran into our METAL fence, bending it inward at the top (approximately 4' tall decorative metal) and cracking the metal railing. We know it was them because NO ONE else has moved equipment back there in the short time between when they did the work and when we discovered the damage, and our fence is within 1 foot of our neighbor's property line so their 16 year old mows it with a push mower which isn't that tall. Additionally, when we had dead trees removed from the lot behind OUR property, we paid them to come in from an EMPTY lot two doors down and cut a path to that area so that they wouldn't come near anyone's property in the process. In short, NO ONE else could have done it. We told our neighbor what happened and they called Family Tree Service. Rick contacted us and we explained what happened. He came out and looked, agreed that something large had hit our fence with extreme force to cause that kind of damage to metal, but denied that his company had done anything, totally discounting the FACT that NO ONE else has been on the SIDE of our property in our neighbor's yard with heavy equipment except for them. He asked us to get a quote to repair it and stated that they were a "Christian company" and that if they had done something wrong, they would fix it. We obtained the quote and contacted them through their online quote form since they have NO email contact information published either on their website or their business card, telling them how much it was. We went months without hearing from them, so I called today and left a message stating we would have to leave appropriate feedback if we did not get it rectified. Rick again called me and said he "thought this had been settled". He again accused the company WE contracted to remove OUR trees, even though there is a LARGE SIX FOOT WIDE CLEARING starting two lots down and extending through the BACK of the woods into the area BEHIND our house where trees were removed, and our workers were NEVER near the area 30 feet above the back of our fence line where the damage occurred on the SIDE of our lot where Family Tree Service had moved their equipment. I explained the situation and asked him to make it right as he promised he would do as a "Christian company". He refused and told me he would sue us if we posted this truthful feedback account of our situation. So much for being a Christian company. We have been very disappointed in Family Tree Service; this isn't how Christians conduct themselves, and there's this little thing called a "counter-suit" to recover our attorney fees and lost time defending from a frivolous lawsuit. We cannot speak to the quality of their work, but we can speak to their unwillingness to fix damages they cause.

Family's called within 12 hours of my initial online inquiry. The work was performed as soon s weather allowed. They did a great job with good cleanup afterwards. A professional outfit.

I have used Family's Tree Service a total of 3 times in the past 6 years. I had a very large multi-trunk oak tree, part of which had fallen on my house. They removed that part of the tree at that time, using a crane to lift the tree off the house. Recently, the rest of the tree showed signs of rot and I had Family's remove the rest of the tree. I got several estimates and Family's was comparable to other companies. Part of the tree actually fell before they the day we had scheduled them to come, but they came a day early to remove the rest out of concern that the remaining trunk might fall on the house. I really appreciated their concern, responsiveness, communication, and responsiveness.

This company went "above and beyond" to assure a wonderful experienced. Our estimate (extremely competitive) and contract was based upon the complete removal of a single dead tree including the stump, the removal of a small stump (about 8 inches in diameter), and the trimming of another tree. All of this was done to perfection. However, they went on to offer to trim 2 other trees at no additional change (which probably saved these 2 trees). This company is extremely passionate about their work from top to bottom and the quality of their work shows it. It would be hard to even imagine another tree service company being better than this company.

They are local, have been here for a long time and we have used them for many years. They?ve got the equipment for one thing; good supervision and their employees were just great. The first time we used them was two or three years ago for about USD 5000 worth work. I had 8 ? 10 guys up here and they were all in their twenties or thirties and they did a great job for me.

Excellent work. Hauled all debris off site. Ground stumps completely. Very satisfied. Would use them again!
