he didn't show or phone for set appointment

When I first contacted Paul, he was in the middle of a big job out of town and said he would call me back when he completed the work. After not hearing from him for a few weeks, I called again and this time Paul was able to come right out to give me an estimate. He explained his schedule and told me he would work me in between his larger jobs. After setting a date, Paul arrived on time and got right to work. He hung plastic sheeting around the work area to cut down on any dust infiltration. The work was completed much quicker than I expected and the clean up was great. An excellent job - I would definitely recommend Paul!

He took no measurements, just briefly looked over the yard and said he needed to check on power lines. He never went inside or asked many questions. Because it is a manufactured home, we have felt much negativity on any construction or other maintenance issues, We figured that he just didn't want to be bothered, we didn't meet his expectations.

It was a pretty good experience. They were always on time. They worked and didn't slack off. I would probably use them again.

It went just as he told us it would. He told us the job would take 7-8 days, and it was done in 7, and within budget. It was done to our satisfaction, and he even cleaned the bathroom before he left - it was ready to use. Would definitely call Custom Remodeling and General Builders to do any other job in our home.

Paul Webster did an excellent job and was very patient considering the problems that developed which were not of his doing. He also installed a steam room cabinet in the bath area. The steam cabinet was delivered damaged and new parts had to be ordered. This delayed his progress for week or more. He continued to work on what he could while waiting for the parts. I then had to leave town for a week due to family matters and once again Paul and his crew worked with us on the delay. Paul has many jobs in the pipeline so he had the ability to move to those jobs during the delay. The project bid process started in late July and the project finished in late September. I must emphasis that none of the delay was Paul Webster's fault. Instead he worked around the delay. During this delay he did not ask for an advance payment on the project. If all materials had been delivered on time he could have finished the project in a week or less and this was a from scratch basement bathroom. When he left the bath/steam room was clean and ready to use. We are happy with his work and his parting statement and quot;If any problems develop call me and we will fix themand quot;. The best recommendation we can give is that any work that is to be done at our house he will do it

Since he never returned the call, no work was performed. I was very disappointed because this provider had very good reviews. We've since awarded the job to another provider.

Chaz does an amazing job! This deck is SOLID! His estimates were right on target and we had little to no waste of materials. He allowed us to help and learn the process of building a deck. My husband and I both throughly enjoyed getting to know Chaz. If you are looking for an Outstanding carpenter and all around good person and Christian, who will do the job right, this is the company for you.

.Each project was performed very quickly. They do not slack. They arrive on time each morning, clean up the area before they leave for the day. I have recommended this company to several others and they did use this company. I definitly will use them again.
