+ -1 moreThey did a really good job. I thought they were reasonably priced, and they solved the computer problems. They added some free software, to keep him from having the same problem again. The interaction with them was just fine. It took them much longer than I thought it would.
Description of Work: I used American Computer Services. My husbands computer was running very slow, it had a lot of junk on it, so it needed to be cleaned up, and they added some extra memory.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I've been burned before, so I was a little gun shy when I went in, but I would recommend them to anyone with a computer problem who wants professional service with a down home, friendly touch!
Description of Work: I was having sudden and severe problems with my hard drive (C drive) running out of space. Since I use my PC for work, I needed it back right away. Charles had me bring it in, listened carefully to my situation, and gave me a fair, free estimate of $75 to $125 to take care of all the problems (including removing spyware, cleaning my hard drive, tuning up the system, etc.). They even installed two really helpful malware & spyware programs for free. I got my computer back the same day and the final cost was $90.00 (less than the top end of the estimate range). The owner, Tony, waited on me when I picked it up and was very friendly and helpful (as well as professional). They patiently answered all of my questions and told me to call back anytime if I had a question or issue with my system.

+ -1 moreExcellent. I'm really glad I did take my computer to American. They updated not only the anti-virus software, but also my CD burning software for no extra charge. They're very professional and friendly, not to mention the fair price. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: There was something wrong with my computer, I think a virus. I brought it to American Computer Services, and they reformatted the computer and updated the anti-virus software.
