+ -1 moreWe needed carpet replaced in one bedroom and carpet installed over existing hardwood in another. They had an excellent selection of carpet. Before we placed our order Lisa checked availability with the supplier so that we could get it installed ASAP. It was less than a week and a half between ordering the carpet and installation. They did a good job with little carpet remaining (ie we did not pay for more than was needed). The installer did come at the end of the appointment window, and when we had a problem the office had a bit of trouble getting him to show up. However, the office was very good at communicating what was going on. They use their own employees for installation and are locally owned, which was important to us.
