+ -1 moreThe cleaning was adequate, nothing special. On more than one occasion she did not show up on time, or at all, and did not inform me until the following day or later that she wasn't coming.

+ -1 moreCompared to other cleaning services (The Maids, Merry Maids, etc) A1 is an excellent value. You don't have the certainty of always having someone since it is a small operation who doesn't hire just anyone, but the trade off is well worth it. I haven't had any problems since I began using A1 and enjoy not being part of some big cleaning company.
Description of Work: I have A1 clean my house every week and love them. It is a small operation, so they really do care and want to be responsive to your needs. We have worked out a great system where she cleans for 4 hours each week always getting the high traffic areas and rotating through the lesser used parts of the house. She always remembers where she is in the rotation and is more than happy to help out with random requests!
