Description of Work: Our home was built in 1950 and while selling our home an inspection was done. David came out to see the scope of work we needed done as a result of the inspection. There was several items that needed updating due to the year built. David was so helpful in advising of items my husband was able to handle in order to keep our costs as low as possible. He was professional, timely, and efficient. Some of the items David installed/replaced were:Water heaterInstalled a drain line for the water heaterReplaced several feet of galvanized steel pipeInstalled a pressure regulator
