Description of Work: They replaced control box beneath house various times (maybe 4) and "jury rigged" electrical lines exiting the well pump head over a two year period ending 2/1/06. This eventually led to a short occurring between casing and a hotwire. They are not electricians. Sitting on porch one clear day, I saw a bright blue flash and smoke trail ....destroyed the pump. For my wiring problem Mr. Lambert's son told me (2/1/6), in all seriousness, that if this problem recurred, they would bring a "wire stretcher" (a.k.a. smoke shifter when I was in Boy Scouts) next time. That was the last time I ever did business with them. When asked a week later in phone call about this apparatus, they hung up the phone on me. These people are not trustworthy.

+ -1 moreWe woke up in the morning to discover that we had no water at our house. Having a well and considering the extreme drought that we've been experiencing, we feared that our well had "run dry." Calling around, a friend referred us to Lambert Pump Service. We called and spoke with Mark Lambert, the owner. Within 90 minutes, a two-man crew (including Neal Lambert, Mark's son) was at our home. They quickly identified that the problem was a faulty control box. They replaced and tested the box to make sure that our pump was back up and running. They did superb work in a most professional and friendly way. In short, they were great!
Description of Work: Replaced a faulty control box on our water well.
