 + -1 moreThey keep doing things that were beyond the scope of the bid. Their work was extreamly high quality to the point it took 2 days longer than expected. The only extra charged was ~ $30 for stainless lag bolts to secure the original deck structure could not be seen until old deck boards were remove
Description of Work: Structurally repaired treated lumber deck. Replaced deckboards and stair treads and all railings with Trex Transcends composit material with hidden fasteners
