+ 0 moreLance Welker is very knowledgeable about houses and how they are put together. He knew where to look for the solutions to the problems when leak specialists were baffled. I am so fortunate to have found him! He's a jack of all trades and works independently. I recommend his services to everyone!
Description of Work: He re-did two of our bathroom showers and redid our bathroom floor. I hired him because we had problems with water intrusion in multiple areas in our house. He helped us with all of those problems. He found that one leak was caused by an AC unit in our attic and cleared the clog. Every time we turned around there were leaks in our house from the bathroom.
