This grizzled gruff old Irishman renovated practically our entire home. He built and plumbed a full bath in our second story guest suite out of nothing, renovated another bathroom and bedroom, and built a second floor living room above our first floor adding valuable square footage, and painted the entire house on top of it all. Plus, Bob created built in cabinets and shelves for us, installed moulding and trim, pocket and barn doors, finished attic space, ran media cables through walls, and more! We started this project during the onset of COVID and shutdowns in 2020. Initially, Bob was thorough, answered questions and he and his family worked in our home for a few months.. I mention family because some family members did help Bob with certain aspects of the job. I suppose to keep the money in the family which I understand. They are a lovely family. We asked Bob to do a few additional things along the way which he accepted and billed us for accordingly. For this part of the experience, I give them high marks. However, since the project has been **completed** our new pocket door does not function properly, the toilet was not installed straight and was not secure, the new Wedi shower pan drain leaked into our living ceiling and floor because it was not installed properly, some of the tiled walls were troweled and tile placed while another section was tiled and back **buttered** which provided a noticeable uneven height across the shower and bathroom walls. Not uniform. Since repairing the living room ceiling on our own with another contractor (cut out, repair, drywall, and paint) we now have other problems with the bathroom sink drain P Trap not being aligned properly for flow AND guess what, the plumbing is leaking in another spot now. I have cut out the bonus room wall to repair behind the sink (good thing we could go that route because otherwise, it would have been impossible without doing work in the bathroom itself and damaging the tiles, etc) we had to cut holes in the living room again and found the leak from the myriad of coupling, pipe, twist and turns that were made during the remodel. Needless to say, after spending $25k for all aspects of this project ($17,000 for Bobs work because we bought all the materials), it has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone, not because Bob is not a nice guy, but rather the workmanship is sub-par and we are still dealing with issues.

Bob has now done two jobs for us; a complete bathroom remodel and a kitchen backsplash renovation. Both jobs were impeccably done in a timely manner and at a fair price. I would hire Bob again in a heartbeat for any future job.

I found Bob Mogan from Turnkey Construction on our neighborhood facebook page for our bathroom remodel, and I wanted to give him another positive review. Bob did a great job for the right price to convert our tiny shower/garden tub combo into our dream shower. He also tiled the entire floor. I highly recommend him for any tile or remodel work! In fact, we are using him again to tile our kitchen backsplash, as well.

They were excellent easy to work with and they were very professional. We used them 2 times would recommend them.

We found Bob on Home Advisor. He called quickly and came to our home to see what we wanted. He had good suggestions and helped with final decisions. Always there when he said. He did a beautiful job on our master bath and closet remodel. His daughter is an amazing painter. And David does excellent work as well. Took a little longer than expected but well worth the wait. I highly recommend Bob and his team!

If you are looking for efficient and reliable, then Turnkey Construction is for you. Bob started with a bathroom remodel for me and it quickly turned into many other projects. Bob and his daughter were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and great communicators. They always showed up when they said they would and if I needed anything they were a text away. I would highly recommend Turnkey. I will definitely use them for any future projects I may have.

Bob is very professional and creative and listened to our needs. We had a large basement remodel and we found Bob on Home Advisor. We added a bathroom, laundry room, a bonus room, and a bedroom. We will definitely hire him again for future projects!!!

Bob did a great job in my kitchen. He came with a plan to put bead board over my existing drywall, but he had to change his plan when he discovered the drywall I had was unstable. He had to remove all the nasty, dirty old drywall first before installing the bead board. It looks awesome.

I called Home Advisor and was referred to Bob Morgan. I talked with Bob and he was able to be at my house in just a few minutes and proceeded to get out my old dishwasher that the Best Buy install man could not get out. Bob did a great job and I would recommend him for any small home repair work.
