Horrible, just horrible. They broke my figurine, broke my ivory sculpture and couldn't even make the bed right. They offered no compensation and, in fact, fired me for insisting the floors be cleaned property.

We used them for six years before this visit. Six years ago I would've rated them an "A", this time it went down to a "D." They consistently were not here at the promised time and amount of time. I paid for 2 hours a week and the would only stay for an hour and a half. They were mostly on their cell phones.

I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and poor cutomer service at Trinity Cleaning. I used them for bi weekly cleaning, and, at first, was happy with the work. I have a brand new home, and it is easy to miss what is NOT being done when your home is new. The cleaners were very nice, and the price was low. The owners set the price, and it was easy for the girls to finish in time. This is important to note (I had nothing to do with price setting or time allowance nor was it EVER mentioned that more time might be needed--again, the girls finished in time, with time to spare). However, after several cleanings, I noticed that the house seemed to get dirty faster between cleanings. I didn't think much of it or "inspect" as I assumed and trusted the cleaners were doing as they had promised--essentially what is guaranteed on the Trinity cleaning website, and I am too busy with work and parenting to go back through each time to check. Isn't that the reason we hire a cleaning service? But after the last cleaning, I noticed the dresser in the bedroom had not even been dusted. I, at first, thought it was a minor oversight, still thinking the best of them. However, after I had more time to look closer, as something like that will lead you to do, I noticed that the tile floor of the master shower had numerous pink and red areas. RED MOLD! At this point, I called the company and explained my situation. I even explained that I was not trying to get the girls in trouble because there could be an explanation--I was seeking answers and wanted it redone--I was not trying to cause trouble. I simply expected service. I was mistaken. He immediately made several excuses--natural products, mold problem in homes, etc. I let him explain all of the possibilites. However, even he seemed surprised when I told him it was a NEW home. A "problem" on our end was highly unlikely. We did schedule someone to come out to take care of those areas on Mon. (entire bedroom and cabinets had not been dusted upon closer observation). This could have been handled without my guidance. HOWEVER, it was the weekend, and I had a bit more to look through the house. I noticed the baseboards had not been touched (had to be collecting for several cleanings), decor scuch as a simple candle had not even been picked up--just wiped around on the bathroom counters--same on both sides, and, upon looking under the toilet rim, I found it was BLACK! Needless to say, at this point, My husband or I needed to walk through the house with the owners or person designated to come by. On Monday morning, I had to leave for work (to meet my manager, I might add), and my husband had an appointment I was unaware of (I had planned on him being home), so we were not able to walk through with them. I explained this to the lady that came by and apologized, even though I was running late, and she was kind and apologetic that the work was subpar. I thought all was well. That is what I expected from the owners of a CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY. Instead, when I called to reschedule and explain what I found, he made more excuses and was angry about needed to reschedule and blatantly lied (said I would not let the lady in when she came--again, she was kind, we spoke, we both apologized, but my work had to come first. The fact that it needed to be redone is a MAJOR inconvenience to the CUSTOMER. It is the responsibility of the company to handle that and work around our schedules). He initially said it was because it was underbid (I had nothing to do with that AND the girls usually finished ahead of time). Next, I might have a mold problem (again, it is a NEW home). Also, I tested a spot with even slight elbow grease--it came right up. Finally, they said they were not going to come back to take care of it, would just "let it go" because I was not going to be happy or would not pay, in addition to complaining more about the rescheduling of the appointment (that would not have been needed had it been done correctly in the first place, i might add). The "happiness" and "would not pay" is truly a reach, to say the least, and just an excuse for poor service. I was not a "one time customer", nor did they ever have trouble with payments. But he knows that and needed something to say in rebuttal to make another excuse. In fact, ironically enough, if price had been the issue, I would have paid a bit more for a deeper clean, but that was NEVER mentioned until now. And, if the girls were having trouble finishing in time, I would have even brought it up myself. It takes little time to wipe a dresser or move a candle. I'd think cleaning a toilet would be high on the "time" priority list. In my call to get this taken care of, my intent was to get to the bottom of what was going on. Two cleaners come each time. Possible one does a good job, and the other is responsible for the other areas. Who knows because they did not bother to schedule a second time to walk through the home with me or my husband to see what I was talking about once we realized that walk through was needed. Again, when the first appointment was scheduled, it seemed that only the shower and dusting was missed. However, after I took time to look around (did not feel the need to do this before, and it is a new home that can appear clean unless you look closer), I noticed I had essentially been "taken for a ride" for a while. At this point, I was still hopeful for a resolution as it could have been a new cleaner and not the main girl (tried to think positively). This is why I wanted to SHOW them the areas. They assumed I would not be happy and even questioned what I was telling them. Incredible! To say I am disappointed, shocked, angry, is an understatement. In my shock and awe of his insulting of me, a CUSTOMER, I struck back, which makes me feel awful that a simple need for a "redo" to take care of an issue could even go there. This serves as a warning to those that expect "problem solvers" instead of "excuse makers" and "finger pointers" out of a customer service company (or so called, anyway). I will also note that I have only positively reviewed companies. This is my first ever negative review. That holds some serious weight, I believe.

Response from Trinity Cleaning Care, LLC
This is one of the owners of Trinity Cleaning Care, responding to [member name removed] complaint below. Let me start by saying that Trinity Cleaning Care has been in business for 3 years and over that period of time; we have cleaned over 5,000 homes. To my knowledge, this is the only customer complaint that we have ever received on the Internet, which I believe says a lot about the way we do business. In relation to [member name removed] complaint, I would like to respond. We cleaned her home on Thursday, September 26 and on Friday, September 27th I received a phone call from [member name removed] stating that the bottom of her shower still had a yellowish mold on the floor and that we had missed dusting a few pieces of furniture. I asked her a few questions about the mold because we have never received a complaint like that before and advised her that we would send a different team to her home first thing Monday morning to take care of the issue. She agreed. On Monday morning, our team arrived on time, but [member name removed] would not allow our team into her house, as she stated that she had to go to work. My team leader called me to ask for instructions and I told her that there really wasn’t anything we could do about it and to go on to her next job, so they left. The following Wednesday, [member name removed] once again contacted me and asked when we could get to her house. I advised her that we were booked solid Thursday and Friday, but we could get someone out there on Monday morning. [member name removed] responded that that was not very good customer service to make her wait so long to take care of this issue. I reminded her that we came to her home on Monday morning (the business day after the complaint) as promised to take care of the issue but she would not allow our team in. She stated that, “you are a cleaning business and my schedule is more important than your schedule.” I told her that I had to pay my employees to come to her house to take care of this issue and we did not even get the courtesy of a phone call cancelling the appointment. She stated, “you are here to serve me, I am not here to serve you!” With that, I told her that my son would be at her house at 8:15 the next morning to look at the issue and we hung up. After talking to my son and relaying the conversation to him, he suggested that since she did not even pay us for the cleaning, just to cancel that account. So I called [member name removed] back and advised her that we would not charge her for the cleaning and that she needed to find a new service. With that, she totally blew up and told me that she would go to every online website she could find in order to ruin our reputation. With that, I hung up. We do not fire many customers, however, it was very obvious to me that [member name removed] has no respect for “cleaning people.” She lives in a very expensive home and I am sure that she has an incredible job and income. However, the majority of our customers also live in incredible homes, have very high incomes and treat us with great respect. We have maids that are invited to parties, go out to lunch with our customers on off days etc. Our work is hard enough; we don’t need customers who treat us as if we don’t matter.
