The sale of this home was the most difficult and nerve wracking sale we have ever experienced, through no fault of our realtor, Teresa Bishop. The buyers were very difficult to negotiate with and, just as we would think we had all the contingencies dealt with, another change/problem would rear its ugly head. Teresa and Danny went out of their way to asist us to deal with each of the problems. At the beginning of the process, not only did they take excellent pictures of our home to place online, but they created a colorful brochure full of pictures and information for potential buyers to look at when they went through our home. The coordination of showings was easy and as painless as possible. Teresa and Danny went way beyond what I would expect from a realtor when we were out-of-state house hunting for several weeks. We wanted to leave the security system on during our absence and just before we left, we had had a roof leak repaired, so we wanted to place a tarp to protect the hardwood floor just in case the roof leaked again. They came into our home twice to turn off the security system to let inspectors/appraiser come in. Afterward, they relaid the tarp and then turned on the security again. They worked very hard to get our home sold and deal with all the problems which arose during the process and after the process.

I called Teresa because she had sold my neighbor's house in 2 days. She came promptly and was very professional but she also seemed like a friend. She got top dollar for my house and it was sold before it went on the market! Teresa was very patient with my questions and answered them all. She brought a lot of boxes for the move which I appreciated. The closing was stress-free because she had made sure everything was in order. I would recommend Teresa to anyone who wants to sell their house or condo.
