After leaving a voicemail for Charlie (the owner), and not hearing back from him after several days, the person who recommended his company prompted him to return my call. He came out to my house, provided an estimate of $425 to replace the flashing and shingles around the chimney. I told him to go ahead with the work, and he said that because it was a relatively small job, his crew might be able to do the work that day. Several days passed with no crew and no calls. When I called Charlie back to inquire about schedule, he put me on the schedule for the following Thursday (9/5). Thursday came and went, no calls, no work, etc. I still have not heard from him. I am now looking for another roofing contractor.
