+ -1 moreCalled, was told they could work on computer right away. Took my noisy computer in (my guess was that it was the fan). Received call back in 2 hours - done. Very satisfied. $92 was for $65 labor, 1 hour, and $25 for the part (fan). Rated price as B (good) - not sure what to compare their charges to.
Description of Work: Replaced cooling fan in computer.

+ -1 moreThe Computer Doctor is very good. They fixed the problem with my computer after two or three times but they were professional and competent. I am satisfied with their work and my computer works fine now.
Description of Work: Since lightning struck our house I had to have my computer rebuilt. I had to take it back twice to get it fully operational but they did do a good job overall.
