Jonathan was very responsive and professional. He came out to our house to give us a quote and actually had some suggestions that will likely save us a lot of money. He kindly reprogrammed our receiver to adjust our main set of speakers, which now sound much better. It turns out that a couple other settings got a little screwed up, but in Jonathan's defense we realized this a bit more recently and have not yet let him know about the issue. I have no doubt that he'll be happy to fix it as soon as we fill him in. We definitely plan on having him do significantly more work for us in the future, as he really seems to know what he's doing. He was also very up front in letting us know that he would have to charge us for a service visit, which we are fine with, but we have not yet received a bill. Would definitely recommend him based on our limited experience so far!!

Best money we ever spent. First, Jonathan came out to give us an estimate and made some recommendations for speaker type and set up based on my preferences. His quote was timely and reasonable compared to the other providers we shopped. The number one rated provider for these services in our area was unable to schedule anything with us for about two weeks out and did not seem very interested in our business. Jonathan and Soundscapes provided the exact opposite experience, exceeding our expectations and installing a top notch system in our home. He took the time to show us all of the neat features that Sonos has to offer. I have been very pleased with the quality of the workmanship in the in ceiling and in wall speakers ( I was concerned about how it might look but you hardly even notice they are there!) Overall, outstanding experience!

Jonathan is amazing. He took the time to personally come out to the house to see the area before providing his quote. He was patient as we changed our minds multiple times on they exact system we wanted installed. He did not try to push additional products or the products that were outside of our price range. His technicians were extremely professional and did an amazing job at getting the theatre room up and running. We have future plans that will include utilizing Jonathan's expertise.

To me it always starts with communication and Jonathan always responded to my inquiries quickly. They set a time to do the job, showed up on time, performed the work and walked me through the setup. Couldn't be more pleased. Offered a low cost option when I called back with another question. Highly recommended!
