As someone who cleaned houses for ten years, I am a little picky. What I liked the most about this company is their willingness to listen to feedback and actually acted on it. Susan, the owner, has been nothing but awesome and very patient with me. Example: It's like finding a new hair dresser. It takes a couple of times to get acquainted for the customer to the new stylist. It all doesn't fall in to perfect order the first time. My first experience was good and it just continues to get better the more they come to my house (they've been 3 times now) and get to know my house and what I expect. Also, what attracted me to this company was the use of "clean" products. I clean my house with essential oils and they do too! Bingo! I'm very excited to have found Simply Pure Home!! I recommend them highly!
