Simplified Sanity exists to help families declutter and organize their space, align with their needs and create an easy to maintain environment for day to day life. Hi, I'm DeeDee. As a mom of 4, I understand the importance of a functional home. I find joy in helping others reclaim and optimize their space. I also offer moving services if you're listing your home or unpacking into your new space (see below). Whether you it feels like too much to do alone, you want a functional home as fast as possible, you need to be real estate ready or you simply do not have the time- I am here for you! You are busy and your time is valuable. I can help! Services include: -Decluttering and Organizing to optimize your space -On-Site Labor Hours -Bin Labels -One van load of donations hauled away per session -Extra hours may be purchased at your request -Product Recommendations to fit your style & budget -Moving & Unpacking services Decluttering and organizing services offered hourly with a minimum of 3 hours or by package including multiple sessions. This includes hauling away 1 van load of donations and/or recycling each session. I will offer product recommendations for optimal organizing taking into consideration your budget and style; however, if you prefer to use what you already have to organize, we can make that work as well! "Real Estate Ready" Moving Services include decluttering and depersonalizing the living space to create an inviting environment for potential buyers to optimizing the living space and become real estate ready for a more profitable sale. "Next Chapter" Unpacking and Organizing Services offered when moving into a new home to make it as functional as possible.
