Do not hire this company. Maybe better then nothing but a good maid service could do just as good. We have had to go behind them and clean . The people they hire to do the work obviously do not know what they are doing and they do not care. Carpets were finally "cleaned" after machine was broken for about 2 weeks. Carpets still had soot on them after they finished. I used my own home carpet cleaner and removed the soot. Tile floors were never cleaned. If you hire this company you need to know that Dawn dishwashing liquid is great at cutting the snooty grease. You will have to do most of the cleaning yourself.
Description of Work: Small kitchen fire. They were to clean soot from entire house.

Description of Work: We appointed ServPro to carry out water remediation and repairs following a major flood from a burst pipe. We were extremely impressed at the sales pitch we were given, and reasonably happy with the drying out but had serious issues with some of the workmanship carried out by their contractors. Having been through 3 different dry-wall teams who were all pretty much incompetent (a complete hack job with huge gaps, missing insulation, incredible mess, damage to our home etc.) a parting of the ways was agreed and we brought in our own contractors to do the work.

Description of Work: They tried to eliminate the smell of mold/mildew in a car that sat with wet carpet for a week. They told me upfront what the chances were, they seem to have done what the promised and the smell diminished, but did not disappear. I believe they upheld their end of the bargain. I'd use them again.

He came almost immediately upon receiving my call. He brought equipment (fan and dehumidifier) and installed it as soon as we signed the contract. He came back every day to check the moisture level. He explained the implications of various decisions and was most concerned with getting the room dry than making extra money.
Description of Work: We had water damage in our guest room from a bathtub overflow upstairs. ServPro tested the ceiling and walls to assess moisture and installed a fan and dehumidifier.

Servpro really exceeded our expectations. We were in dire need of repairs before our leaky pipes caused any further damage. Servpro took care of the problem efficiently and immediately. They were very punctual and professional. I am very pleased with their work.
Description of Work: We were experiencing some major plumbing leaks in our home, so Servpro came out for emergency repairs. They patched leaks and treated for mold damage.
