Description of Work: We’ve worked with Sebring Services for 2 home remodeling projects in the past couple years, and I highly recommend them. A few years ago they did a complete remodeling of an unfinished basement, creating two lovely office rooms and walling off a laundry / furnace area. We were so happy with how that project went, that we asked them back to do a bedroom and front room remodeling project for us just recently. Brian, the owner, is very well organized, professional, and prompt with all communications. Brian is a very detail oriented individual, and when you have somebody working on something as important as your home, he is the man for the job. We were very fortunate to have Percy, one of his project managers, on both jobs and I can not recommend this fellow highly enough. Percy is very well organized, professional, prompt, and can always recommend solutions for the task at hand. They have excellent teams of workers to get the various jobs done (carpenters, electricians, dry wallers, painters, etc). And I have to mention how respectful, courteous, and professional each has been. All work done is explained to you, a project schedule is created (and deadlines are met: in both projects, the crews finished before the estimated schedules), and they are flexible in those “last minute “ ideas / changes that you might have. We felt that all members of the team were doing their best work, and had creative solutions for any problems. We feel very fortunate to have found Sebring Services, and consider them our remodeling team.

Even though we were happy with what he was going to provide us with; his prices were extremely high. The owner is nice guy, but his price range was way out of our league.

There were some minor service issues and communication issues that we consider to be fairly normal in a project of this size. Overall, we are very satisfied. The price was good.

+ 1 moreBryan was professional, on-time, and upfront and accurate with pricing. His men were professional, clean, also on-time, and courteous. For the first time in any remodel, we were presented an itemized day-by-day planned out schedule. And amazingly they stuck to it. My goal for the basement was to reduce the noise coming from the first floor (my office is in the basement). Bryan came and accurately diagnosed the issue; he certainly could have gone for a more expensive solution to his benefit (insulation in the basement ceiling, etc); instead, his solution not only looks great but it solved our problem immensely. Additionally, we added about 200 square feet of living space in our home very economically. Like any project, there were loose ends (2 to be exact). Instead of it taking weeks to solve, he was there the next day, fixing it himself (they were minor; a vent had cold air coming out and the top of the door was not painted). He fixed both himself. I have gotten to know Bryan outside of his remodeling project for us. I sense his passion for what he does, and to do it with all honesty and integrity. He follows through on his word in an industry that is not known for its follow through (we've all been there). I referred him to the pickiest customer I could (sorry, Mom) and he even lived up to her standards. In short, if I were going to build a home or remodel my basement or kitchen, even if Bryan were a little more than the next guy, I would not hesitate to choose his quality and professionalism over an unknown.
Description of Work: Finished a walk-in attic in our home. Insulated, drywalled, added a duct and lighting/outlets, baseboard/trim, painted and carpeted it. In the basement, he added a wall and door at the top of the stairs, and a 3 panel window.

We'll give them a call and they call right back and say they'll be right here. We will be using them in the future. They also built a patio door for us.

+ 1 moreWe were very pleased. Workers were extremely careful with our home. Some of the many ways Sebring's folks went beyond the call of duty: 1. Hooked up my laundry on Fridays and took it out again on Mondays so I could do laundry on the weekends and avoid the laundromat. 2. Fixed a drywall hole in another part of the basement-for free. 3. Realized the door on the dryer would be awkward to open in the new location so they switched it-I didn't even know that was possible on a dryer. 4. Advised on about relative quality of different brands of plumbing supplies, etc. 5. Never once did I hear loud music or rough language from these guys. No cigarettes smoked in or outside of my house. I could sleep upstairs and not even know they were there if they weren't hammering that day. 6. Left the place cleaner than they found it.
Description of Work: Built bathroom including shower, and a laundry room in the unfinished portion of my basement. Included framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, painting, tile.

+ 1 moreSebring was a very nice company to work with. Everyone who was at our house was courteous and nice. As a stay at home mom I was often in the house with the kids when work was being done. I never felt unsafe with any of the subcontractors who were in the house. The quality of work was excellent, the company worked with the city and us to resolve problems to everyone's satisfaction. We have received many compliments on the basement, most people saying it doesn't feel like a a basement at all. We will be using Sebring in the future for other remodeling jobs and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

+ -1 moreBryan and his staff were extremely punctual and professional from the beginning of the project to the end. He was responsive with his estimate and estimated start date. His staff also provided us with a written time line of events so that we could follow along with the progress on a daily basis. The entire project took exactly as long as he estimated, and the budget was spot-on. In fact, there were a few unforeseen expenses that Bryan must have incurred himself, because we were not charged for them. Our kitchen was completely remodeled, including taking out a wall, new flooring, new cabinets and countertops in an area where there were previously none. I was impressed with the quality of the products and workmanship, especially considering that the price was extremely reasonable. Bryan and his staff were professional and responsive throughout, and when mistakes or accidents happened (as they always do and cannot always be foreseen), they were quick to respond and correct the mistakes as necessary.

+ -1 moreAs soon as I had a meeting with Bryan Sebring and he drew up an initial proposal, I knew I was done shopping for contractors. When you meet someone that you know you can trust implicitly to assist you with major decisions and send you to good suppliers, and whose staff you can trust in your house for 8 weeks without any homeowner supervision, your decision transcends price. There is no value at all to a lower priced contractor who you do not trust 150%. Bryan, and his entire staff including carpenters, office personnel, and sub-contractors, were on time, tidy, considerate, and helpful. Every one of them went out of their way to assist in any way possible every day throughout the remodeling process. Bryan drew up a time line for the project, and stuck to it, including every sub-contractor. It was 8 weeks, start to finish, and I lived in the unit the entire time. They were always respectful of my need to have electricity and plumbing available at the end of each day. Bryan, while very personable, is also extremely professional. His billing is accurate and specific. You know exactly what dollar amounts are due on which dates well in advance. The only overages came from my decisions during the process to add something extra. I would recommend Sebring Services WITHOUT RESERVATION for any remodeling project, whether it be an entire house, a kitchen, a basement, or a tear-down. He is a credit to the profession.
Description of Work: Complete condo rehab: Demolish kitchen and master bath down to studs. Replace tub with marble tiled shower with seat and glass doors. Replace floors with porcelain tile. Replace all cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms with custom maple. Counters are Zodiac quartz in kitchen with marble backsplash; and Corian in both bathrooms. Two new ceiling fans, all new ceiling light fixtures throughout unit, added smoke alarms per code, all new door hardware throughout unit, tile front hall and laundry and add doors to make large closet in front hall with tiled floor. Hung new mirrors in bathrooms, installed all appliances, can lights, spots, pendants, and undercabinet lighting. All new plumbing fixtures including toilets, sink faucets, disposal, sinks, and shower and bath faucets. Removed window seat and returned wall and floor space to floor plan of room. Put new locks on all outside doors. Ran water line for ice maker in kitchen.
